Do not buy from Hyperli!! 3 Month faulty watch saga only to be told we are *********** and collection fees are deducted from refund

I bought fitness watches for my daughter and mom for Christmas through Hyperli. My mom's one worked, and continues to work perfectly. My daughter's, however, had problems from the beginning. The battery life of the watch was about half a day and steadily declined until it only worked for 1 to 2 hours before needing to be charged. I let Hyperli know and they sent a replacement watch, but never collected the faulty watch. She immediately found that the watch itself worked fine but would not sync with her phone. We tried with another 2 phones and determined that the bluetooth was faulty. I again notified Hyperli that the 2nd watch was also problematic and they said they would send a courier to collect the watch. I sent back both watches, and queried why I had not yet received a replacement watch at which time I was advised that the policy had changed and that the manufacturer first wanted to test "supposed faulty" items before sending a replacement. I discussed with my daughter, and requested that Hyperli rather refund me. I received an email from Hyperli to let me know that the supplier had tested both devices and claimed both had no problems and that it was probably our mobile device. I was further advised that they were also going to subtract collection fees from my refund. I am shocked and horrified at firstly, the audacity of claiming that the watches were not faulty, and secondly, that funds were to be deducted for collection.
