DO NOT BUY ACCOMMODATION VOUCHERS

We purchased one of your discounted getaways at Dinokeng BIG 5 Game Reserve . We arrived yesterday at the destination. It turned out to be a getaway to Posh Events in the Dinokeng reserve, which was not mentioned in the adverti*****t or on the voucher. As soon as we arrived, we found out that the restaurant and bar were closed because the owner was selling. The employees of Posh Functions asserted that the website clearly states that the restaurant is closed. However, we bought a voucher to Dinokeng , NOT POSH FUNCTIONS, about which you failed to inform us. So why is Hyperli advertising or marketing this establishment? We had to travel outside the reserve to another restaurant to buy food. Our experience at the lodge was very disappointing, and we decided to depart 2 hours later to return home to Johannesburg at 9 pm. It is ******* to advertise falsely. The owner has sold a lot of furniture!
