The welcoming was cold, from having to call a number of times to have the gate opened to the welcoming that we received, also the the****** that was massaging my partner didn’t even bother to introduce herself or even ask on the pressure he required. He came out more bruised than relaxed.

When the session was concluded none of the 2 the******s bothered to inform us, after a few minutes of waiting we realized that maybe this means we should dress up. We proceeded to sit on the couch for lunch, listening to the ladies having the loudest conversation without taking into account that there’s clients. The lady assisting us brought us drinks, she didn’t even bother to let us know what it was until we asked. The chicken tasted off, more like it was rotten. I do understand that this was discounted but it was a total turn off. Please improve
