Disgusting Service

Don't order from Hyperli!!!! The service is disgusting. I waited 3 weeks for my items and they don't respond to their queries.

I placed and order on the 27 Nov and only received it on the 15 Dec after I enquired and the response was that I'll the items within 12-14 days and I will receive notification of the delivery. No notification received to ensure I'm home when items are delivered. I have now requested a refund but in order to refund the items I need to go to my order history. The items are not appearing in my order history. I've sent a request for a refund on their online portal but no response.
