Disgusted, disappointed and feel cheated

Beware of the current high tech and kitchen promotion. They promise high end products but receive sub standards products. The products u receive doesn't even cost half the amount you pay and when you request a refund they tell you they can't refund you. This is after waiting more than 10 days for my delivery nd multiple emails. I am disgusted by their service and like the other writer said, they change the policy afterwards.
