Disgusted

Disgusted first purchased a voucher for my anniversary to then call the spur to make a booking they tell me they fully booked for the day for vouchers I explained we only 2 can they please make an exception they refuse.i then request my refund a cash refund as I will not be using hyperli agen I tried everything to get a contact number as emails doesn't get responded to finally a response a cash refund was done the 5th I was told 3 to 5 working days it has been 8 days no money returned in my account emails not been responded to I am beyond angry with hyperli
