Disappointing services: The stipulated delivery times are not true

Placed and paid for items as far back as 18th July 2022 and to date no word? I have mailed several times the last on the 27th July and was advised you will receive your goods 3 - 4 working days? Well perhaps I misinterpreted the response were they meaning 6 - 8 weeks? I have mailed on the 8th august again and to date no word; have I lost my money or taken for a ride since this was my first time using Hyperli which I regret?
