Disappointing Service

I tried to contact them but it's not easy to get a response. Their getaways are great and the prices are very attractive. I'm just afraid about making use of them because I read that many people had problems with them, especially with regard to communication. Even I couldn't get through and just find a contact us blank form, not email address or anyone who gets back to us.
