Disappointing Experience with Hyperli

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Hyperli service. After making a payment for a voucher, I never received the voucher number via email, despite the payment being confirmed. To make matters worse, there's no contact number to reach their customer care team.

All I can do is send a support email, which has been met with automated responses and no actual assistance. It feels like they've taken my money without providing the service. I'm still waiting for a resolution, but the lack of communication is unacceptable.
