Disappointed in hyperli and pathetic service rendered from businesses

Good day. I purchased quite a few products and services on Hyperli. With much disappointment certain businesses are listed and either terrible, pathetic and disgusting services rendered to clients such as myself. I have emailed hyperli to refund me and still no reply or no one calls me at all. Gakeema rep**** to me and called but when I emailed her twice to say she can call me now, I'm still waiting. I want my refunds done ASAP and also for these businesses to be taken to taken or removed. You giving yourselves a bad name hyperli but having these people online. Call me urgently geez!!!!
