Dc to Ac Inverter

I bought DC to AC inverter TAV***UP on the 28th of February 2023.l email them on the 16th of March and l was told l need to wait 12-14 days.On the 23 rd of March l email them and still no reply. I paid R1 490,00.l’m so upset right now no one is telling me anything.
