I placed an order: ORD342876 Hyperli then gave me a voucher instead of crediting me. My issue with that is they charged me a delivery fee of R168 and the voucher is +- R358 for the 2 items they didn't have. If I order additional items I am then expected to pay a delivery fee. ****************!!!

One of my items were damaged, I needed a replacement. Not only did they take forever to collect, I have received no communication regarding my replacement or a refund after weeks of it being collected.

With Takealot I didn't have to send a million emails for things to be actioned. Not only do they refund you without you asking but they advise they have no stock BEFORE you order and pay. They also notify of collection of damaged goods.

Your service is really terrible Hyperli.
