Covid 19 no refund

Im so shocked. With recent lockdown and events with covid-19

They refuse to give my money back. Instead a voucher gets sent Its in there policy no refunds unless in the 7 day puchase period.

So is it in yourr terms and conditions also that if purchased country experience a outbreak beyond our control you can refuse our money too.
