Hyperli has the best service, they should work on responding to their queries promptly- last week on the 08th I purchased a voucher in order to confirm a booking and was disappointed that I did not receive the voucher on time, only after numerous email requests they only responded on the 10th Dec 2022. And I'm surprised if they only have one person who deals with queries which is Moira-since I've been using their service, this lady has been an angel. Her services are on another level.
