Cash refund denied
I purchased vouchers from Hyperli for a couple of activities to partake in for my stay in Cape Town. I didn’t get to participate in any of them due to time constraints, so instead I requested a refund. I was given a cash refund for the one voucher and the other i was told I couldn’t get my money back due to their 7 days policy which is quite strange as these vouchers were both purchased on the same day. So these so called policies of theirs get implemented when it suits them and they decide when to refund you. I had so much confidence in Hyperli but now I’m very much disappointed. Lesson learnt NEVER AGAIN!

We're so sorry you were not able to use your vouchers during your Capetown stay. Just to let you know, yes both vouchers were purchases on the 18th December, however, there were 2 separate refund requests.
