Careless with people's parcels

I really should have read the Hello Peter reviews before shopping through Hyperli. They are careless with parcels and are unable to ensure a smooth delivery process and worse, they're not even available; you literally cannot contact them. They take your money and do not care what happens afterwards. You need a hotline for the kind of service you are providing.
