Cancelled vouchers

I bought a voucher on 20/07/2017 for Ikhwezi Health and Wellness and tried to book a month ago but the De Deur branch is not open on Saturdays. I then booked on Monday with Bongi to go to the Centurion branch for an appointment at 2pm on the 26th of October to use my voucher which I did mention. We went all the way from Alberton to Centurion to discover they are not even there because they have moved to Kyalami somewhere. Not once did they say they have moved. The contact number I go from the website just rang and then was not available. The contact number on the voucher pick up the call and then was not available again. I eventually got hold of Center Management who gave me the number of the CEO of Ikhwezi Health and Wellness, Sibusiso who explained that the vouchers were cancelled in August already and Hyperli should have contacted and refunded us.
