I've had three bad experiences with Hyperli as follows (1) : I purchased 2 Mystery Deals to value of R500.00 in December 2025. The items advertised where all name brands, perfumes, electronics, SMEG, watches, etc. after weeks of communication I received the so call Branded items which could be purchased at the China Mall for a fraction of the cost, namely a table runner and a light bulb. I disputed these items with their Customer Service and was advised that under no circumstances can the items be returned or refunded. An eye opener to the Consumer. False advertising and *****. (2) A photography voucher was purchased in Jan 2025 , the Merchant was non existent. (3) In 2023, I purchased cruise voucher with MSC. When I decided to redeem my voucher with MSC, I was advertised that the voucher is non existent nor has payment been made by Hyperli. I was sent a **** booking in my name by Hyperli with an expired date. After months of communication I eventually managed to secure my cruise with MSC.
