HORRIBLE if not the WORST online shopping experience. Support response time is PATHETIC! I have requested call-backs but they try calling once and don't even leave a voicemail. Not everyone answers private numbers and in this day and age, what e-commerce company cannot have a call-centre or even live chat to ensure their customers enjoy what they are paying for. I am NEVER buying from these ****** again! They have lost customers forever! Daddy's Deals is much BETTER!!
