Black Friday False advertising

I bought a Black Friday premium voucher which was going to be unlocked and prices to be allocated once 1000 vouchers have been bought, a 1000 was reached now the site says page for that premium deal doesn’t exist and wants me to request a refund. That’s false advertising and getting customers hopes high like that is not fair. Why sell something that you know you are not willing to carry through with??
