Blaauw Berg Wellness Spa - No Response

Good Day, We have purchased a voucher pre - lockdown and the voucher has since expired. However on your website it stated that all vouchers will be extended with 12 months. Now we want use our voucher that we bought for Blaauw Berg Wellness Spa, and no one has answered the their phones for 4 weeks. We have left messages to get back to us with no reply. They are currently open. Please get this sorted with them and keep me in the loop, this is getting ridiculous now or proceed with a full refund.
