Beware: Premium Mystery Box Is Not What’s Advertised

I recently ordered two Premium Mystery Boxes from Hyperli, which were advertised to include well-known brands like Apple, Samsung, or Meta Quest. To my disappointment, what I received were two completely no-name products one Ultra Pod Max pair of earbuds and one XQ power bank.

Neither of these items were listed among the possible products to receive, which makes the promotion feel misleading and dishonest. I paid extra for the premium tier expecting quality, but instead got cheap, unbranded items of very little value.

I have already sent an email to Hyperli today, but after reading so many similar bad reviews, I doubt I will receive any response. I’ve bought many vouchers from Hyperli before without any issues, but now that I’ve spent more money than usual, this happens.

Very disappointed this experience has made me lose trust in a platform I used to enjoy supporting.
