Best customer service ever!

<p>I bought a Hyperli voucher last week and when the time came to redeem, I had missed my appointment with the merchant due to my car breaking down at the last minute. I contacted the merchant and advised of my situation to which she rep**** that my voucher would e forfeited. This really upset me as it was a lot of money and accidents happen. I then emailed Hyperli and advised of my situation- a lady named Ganeefa called me back within the hour and advised that she will call the merchant. Long story short. Hyperli did not need to do anything as this was absolutely not their problem at all. They proceeded to send me a voucher to the value of my purchase and called me to let me know what was happening at every step. I am so pleased with the service and so grateful to Ganeefa and Hyperli for wasing my mind. You guys rock my world. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!</p>
