Belladonna Clinic Unresponsive

<p>Greetings</p> <p>I purchased a Bella Donna Clinic Hair removal for six sessions on the 17/04/17.</p> <p>I contacted the clinic on the 18/04/17 making an appointment with a lady called Shanaaz. A few days before the appoinment she contacted me cancelling the appointment due to having to send the machine for a service, she said she will contact me when the machine is back. On the 15/05/17 I contacted the clinic there was no response. I sent an email to Hyperli ref no 23szpd33 complaining of no response querying if I could get my money back. A respondent called Tristan emailed me saying the clinic will contact me in 2 days. Shanaaz did contact me saying I should not stress she will let me know when the machine is back. Till date I have heard nothing from the clinic I continually call and am told Shanaaz will call me back she never does. This voucher ends 16/07/17. I paid R500 for this voucher I want to warn other people of this **** between Hyperli and Belladonna Clinic.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Sian</p>
