BAD SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION AND SHORT REFUND

I was not happy with items i received from Hyperli, i requested that the goods be returned and i be refunded. it has been a 5 week struggle to get feedback or a reply from this company. eventually they collected their items but it took 4 weeks to receive my refund. I paid R860 my refund was R341, now once again i can not get an answer as to why my refund was not the full amount. i was advised that R50.24 would be deducted for collection charges, that was the only charge i was informed about. the product was in the original packaging.
