BAD SERVICE AND WAITING FOR MY REFUND

i received a product from Hyperli i was not happy with. After sending several emails explaining i was unhappy with the product it took about a week for someone to contact me regarding my complaint. It was arranged that the items would be collected and the refund made. it has been 4 weeks since the goods were collected, i have not received my money and every time i email there is no reply. it is very frustrating as there is no contact number and no one replies to your emails. they have their product i would like my refund. i will never use this company again the service is shocking
