Bad Service

<p>I purchased a product that was on sale/discount and paid for it on their website, the payment reflected as unsuccessful. when it clearly shows successful on my bank statement. I sent the proof and they taking forever to get back to me, they have no decency to call me, an agent by the name of Tristan emailed for the proof around 8 the morning and its now almost one in the afternoon and still no reply. I tried to contact these people and sending them requests to call me to resolve this faster. still nothing. I feel that they are so quick to take the money and make it disappear. No damn service.</p>
