Bad Quality Clothing and excessively long refund process, im still waiting

False advertising!Stay away from this company! I ordered a Jacket which was of such poor quality that I will be embarrassed to just give it away. Although I ordered two sizes bigger than my normal size, it was so small that I could not get it on. They do not refund you at all and simply keep sending you generic replies until you eventually give up. It is an absolute disgrace and they should not be allowed to trade at all! i am waiting a week for my refund, i will never ever buy anything from this company again, im done
