BAD EXPERIENCE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I bought the voucher yesterday, when I tried to contact the number on the voucher to make a booking it goes straight to voicemail, i contact their support no answer the phone, I sent them Wattsapp messages they do not respond, can I have my money back please.
