Bad experience

I ordered a furniture item after about a week and a half I contacted them to ask what's happening I have had no word whatsoever, only to be told item was out of stock so they had to reOrder so the item will be late ( why was I not told of this) anyways after about a week I get a call from my security that some people are there to deliver an item, ( again a lil notification that something will be delivered ?Nada!) So I tell them I'm sorry I'm at work right now had you said I wouldve made an arrangement. The delivery people insist I should ask security to let them in so they can leave my stuff outside my door.(. like hello that's not how it works icnat be sure it will be there ) I ask them to give me 15 minutes so I can ask my boss to go there , I get there and they have left.( Now I'm breathing fire) After work I get a note from the security telling me they left the item at their offices I should come and fetch ( did I tell you its furniture so it's heavy ) so I had to pay other people to carry the stuff to my place. I'm highly disappointed shame it's disgusting.
