Bad delivery on goods

I bought a smartphone on the 2nd of December and waited till the 7th of February. Every week I get the same update that order will be delivered next week. Don't buy anything that needs to be physically delivered by Hyperli they are terrible. I have ordered spa or restaurant vouchers and those would be emailed immediately after payment. That's the only thing they are reliable.
