BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HYPERLI!!!!!

I purchased an MQX 4K Android Box from them and received it. I used it 4 times in 5 days and on the 4th time I used it, it just went dead, with a plastic burning smell coming from it. I contact Hyperli and explained to them what happen. After numerous attempts they send me a link via Facebook messenger to complete which I did. A couple of days later I received another email saying that they can't take the unit back as it has been used and they can't resell it. *** - it's broken - it doesn't work and they don't want to replace it. It has all the packaging, it's just not working and they won't replace it. Think twice when buying from these online shops. When something goes wrong, you battle to have it fixed.
