Avoid Purchasing from Hyperli!!!

Avoid Purchasing from Hyperli!!! I purchased several activities through Hyperli and then contacted the merchants responsible for providing these services.

The first merchant declined and advised me to request a refund. The second merchant also declined, explaining they were hospitalized and unable to assist—which I understood. I then submitted a refund request to Hyperli. They responded by issuing a gift card, forcing me to spend the refund on the same platform where merchants had already failed to deliver the services.

By this time, I had already made alternative arrangements and no longer needed the services. Despite multiple follow-up emails, Hyperli has not responded to my query.

Be cautious before purchasing from Hyperli—if something goes wrong, you may not receive a your refund.
