Appalling Service & customer Care

I bought a 2 perfumes and cable. The first order arrived without any notification and the cable was not in the order. I notified them multiple times and it took very long for their response. I had to return the other perfume as the quality was not as advertised, and I have not heard a single thing or refund for my purchase. This is so disgusting in terms of service, I would definitely not recommend them. Even the courier company that came to pick up the return complained about them. They never communicate to customers.
