Al Mukalla Restaurant via Hyperli coupon - An absolute DUMP!

To clarify, I bought a coupon for Al Mukalla Restaurant via Hyperli.

Beware of **** reviews, this place is an absolute DUMP!

I decided to give this place a try based on the 400+ mostly positive reviews on Google, oh how I regret stepping foot at Al Mukalla Restaurant.

At first glance the place seems nice, with it's "Middle Easternesque charm", the place was completely empty, upon arriving I immediately ordered the food.

After which, we tried ordering cappuccinos but were told that they "did not have any" which should have triggered alarm bells.

Some time passed (about 45minutes), and the food had still not arrived... eventually after about (1 hour and 30 minutes) they dragged our food out of the kitchen.

The plate looked thrown together, like the cook had a lazy seizure whereby he just clumsily dumped the food on the dish. In terms of flavour there was absolutely no seasoning of any sort, all the meat was chewy (like re-cooked left-overs), and the fries were of the re-fried variety.

The food was served with a strange salad of sorts, and a pink mucus-like substance, which tasted like it was sc****d off a pavement.

We took a few nibbles of the revolting gruel, and bagged the rest to give away at the robots. Needless to say, I am disappointed in those who gave this abomination a good rating, and utterly disgusted by the so-called Muslim slum lord running this dump.

I hope this place shuts down soon, if you want proper Middle Eastern Cuisine, visit a reputable place like Eastern Bazaar or Saray.
