Absolutely horrible

i bought a TEFL voucher through Hyperli, tried to redeem it the same day - but the voucher had already expired. According to the voucher I received I am still able to redeem the damn thing until 28/01/2018. I have e-mail them, contacted them on Facebook and Twitter, as well as the pathetic contact page on their website! No reply! They do not have any listed contact number - and I can understand why. My money was ******, I am trying to get hold of someone in that F*****g place so that I can get my money back!
