They took Groupons mailing list and started sending you mails. they take no responsibility for anything other than handling the money and couldn't care less about your experience.. <br />I purchased items, they arrived. wrong items received. hyperli stated that the items the needed to be returned to the chinese shop in crown mines. ***. post to door delivery! only then would I get my refund. R780 later to return an Item that was incorrect?! No replies to escalate. no telephonic conversations. just sporradic patronizing emails that are more generic than Wimpy ketchup.<br />DO.NOT.DEAL with Hyperli, they are middle man only and have covered themselves too well to ensure that anything that goes wrong is not their problem, leaving you at the hands of some chinese shop owner in crown mines who couldnt give a **** about his reputation or getting an order right.<br /><br /></p>
