5 Stars for Ganeefa

Whilst I agree with all the poor reviews of Hyperli and how difficult it is to get a refund, I also agree with Jacqui's excellent review of Ganeefa, and all the other good reviews she's been receiving over the past few years. Last year I purchased an expensive spa voucher, only to find that they were no longer in operation. Ganeefa went the extra mile by assisting me to find an alternative (even better) spa deal. Since then she is always available, if not on Live Chat, then she will revert immediately via email. I sincerely hope Hyperli values Ganeefa - she is amazing!
