2 out 3 failed orders

I placed an order for three separate items, but in one order. One item was delivered no problem. When checking the tracking details on the other items the address for the second item was changed to a different province. After notifying the courier, they still tried to deliver to the wrong address anyway. The third item was never collected by the courier and was just marked as not delivered.
