Questionable practices

Dear prospective student

I would advise you to take all the bad reviews seriously. Don't be like me. I overlooked the negative reviews and went ahead with enrollment. I found out the hard way that the complaints were real. DO NOT be fooled by the prices and assume you get access to the best training. The prices do not equal quality! I experienced technical issues before the course could even started. What made this experience disgusting is the service!!!!!!! Everyone is attentive when they are signing you up and getting that sale, once you are in you are on your own! These system issues are not just minor things, they prevent you from actually getting into the course and doing the work, which has due dates. If you miss your due dates you fall behind and won't finish the course on time, which would mean you need an extension at a cost to you!!

Oh and should you change your mind and need to withdraw from the course, good luck trying to get your refund. The consultant **** to me and said it's not possible to get a refund, yet their policy clearly stated that I am eligible to get it. The staff seem to be working under pressure and it is hurting the client experience!
