Poor Communication and service
I started my Back and Front end development bootcamp at Hyperion development. At the end of my level 1 it took them weeks to send me the next level and to review my work. My tutor did't get back to me on certain questions. By the time I needed help with certain tasks they told me my tutor time is over and I need to pay an extra R3000 per month. I then asked them if I can change my bootcamp to only Front End development but again I didn't receive any feedback.

Apologies for the initial communication issues but we have offered you a partial certification a while ago and we also asked if you were still intending to finish (no cost) your Bootcamp? Support and our CEO tried calling you, pls advise?
