No link sent or profile upgraded before my bootcamp starts!

So I paid for my course and my start date is the 11 Jan 2021. I received an email from Tevin on Thursday 07 Jan 2021 claiming I will receive my dropbox link and that my profile will be upgraded (early access) by the 08 Jan 2021. The 8th has come and gone and I have still not received my link nor has my profile been upgraded and what do you know I start the bootcamp on Monday the 11th and I have received nothing at all to get me started. I reached out to Tevin twice and reached out to Head of admissions (Shimaylan, another useless person that never responds to any emails) both of them have not responded up until today. Honestly whoever is reading this please rather do a bootcamp somewhere else but stay away from HyperionDev. I have had to follow up with this company for almost everything as their staff fail to do their job. F**# disappointed in HyperionDev! I am now clueless on what to do as my bootcamp starts 11 Jan 2021 and I have no dropbox link and to make things even worse my profile is still on a trial and not upgraded.
