I'd like to thank Alex from the support team for making the experience amazing! However, my overall experience was somewhat moderate, as I frequently had to request content uploads, which caused delayed progress and interruptions in the workflow. Despite this, Alex and the team responded swiftly and ensured all my grievances were handled promptly.
