Just about 2 weeks ago I posted a review expressing my frustration with Hyperion Dev. Since then, three members of Hyperion Dev team have approached me, including the head of student wellness and the CEO to apologise for the mix up and hear me out. They took my frustration very seriously and expressed their disappointment in themselves for having let the situation come to that. In the interaction, I sensed that they were truly genuine in their apology and they have since set in motion process to ensure I am happy. From this recent experience, I have had a change of heart and do believe that they really do take support and success of their students seriously. To back their promise, they have assigned two individuals in addition to my to my mentor to support and ensure nothing of the sort happens to me.

In the interaction they also explained to me what had caused the mix up; a life threatening emergency that my mentor had suffered. They have since assured me that they are setting processes in motion to ensure nothing of the sort happens to a student again. Given that the CEO went as far as to explain how they will actually implement this, I am of a disposition to believe that they really are sincere in their promise and my experience was an anomalous incident.

Over and above the strong, enjoyable and engaging curriculum, I believe that their mentor support is a novel service that facilitates better learning. I am yet to finish the course, but I can say that before my incident, the mentor support has been instrumental in ensuring that the quality of my code is optimised to a level that would have otherwise taken years of experience to achieve without the mentor support. As such, I still would recommend Hyperion Dev to any one who wants to acquire deep programming s****s and abilities, because unlike the other courses I have taken, I now feel more confident in my ability to build something real and practical after completing the tasks in this course.
