So far I've had a great experience, they are on top of things and very professional. I even had the admission consultant PamelaJ respond to my emails in the late evenings and call me outside of her working hours just to assist me, and everyone I know that goes to a higher institution knows that the admissions department isn't always the best part of their experience. There are many platforms they provide to get assistance and also you have many mentors that are available to assist besides your assigned mentor if he/they/she is not available. They also have a user-friendly online platform, nothing annoys me like a higher institution that has a Windows 3 looking format, visuals, unfortunately, do matter to me. Most importantly, the content is well structured and builds up well for the next topic, they provide you with additional resources and some videos to help introduce you to the work you will be doing, along with some spot questions with answers to help you grasp the core outcomes of the lesson, which you can choose to do and does not count towards the tasks that need to be submitted. The free trial course they provide gives an advantage when you start with the course because as a beginner you really have no clue and helps you ease into the actual course without feeling overwhelmed. Looking forward to my graduation. :D
