You can see in the way they engage with you and the support they give to succeed. . I was fortunate with a great mentor. I do not think all the mentors are as great, so you will have to be lucky. He was sharp, fast and two steps ahead. It helps when you are eager and trying to learn. Teaches you the mindset of code as well as the code. . The system is smooth.
