Another money making scheme

Very disappointed with the whole insititute but especially with Tevin and Heather who makes false promises as quick solutions and then never delivers on it.

This institute shouldn't be legal. It is in fact a quick money making scheme. Everything they advertise is a lie. The supposed support from rookies they hire to train you. Just to put in perspective. These people who help you are figuring things out with you on your projects, they don't actually know much of anything. And it's frustrating because they don't have answers for you, they don't even always know what they are dealing with. They act like they're going to help you figure it out and then they never get back to you and end up wasting your time.

They have weeks long review times on top of this and you never actually can finish in time. I had to pay someone on fiverr to help me finish a project so I could just move on. I also re submitted a lot of my tasks for them to review again - and the reviews were very different on exactly the same projects, no changes made. They have no standards.

They don't give proper background info or teach you anything in their course - just a lot of projects that you must finish in time. And their reason for this is "to rely completely on your problem solving" i find it a lazy excuse on their behalf to not give you a proper course. Since their problem-solving skills isn't exactly towering over mine.

I didn't understand the work, but I was dedicated to finish my course because of the investment. I worked really hard on these projects that I got no help with and still didn't end up finishing in time. My sponsor was upset with what he heard and we had a meeting with Heather and Tevin - in which they completely compromised because I had clear evidence proving everything I said. I wanted the money back but they refused and instead offered extensions until I finish.

Needless to say. That never happened. Can't get a hold of Tevin or Heather thereafter. They just **** to us to make it go away. But if I want to I can take this further, i still have all the evidence against them and proof of that conversation.

My time ran out because of THEIR lack of due diligence. Everything they promise is false. The support, the time they take to mark, the rookies who know less than students, leads them astray - but are supposed to help them. We had a meeting where I explaining and proved everything to Tevin and Heather along with my sponsor. I wanted my money back but they refused and instead quickly compromised and offered an extension until I'm finished. I've contacted them for 2 weeks long after that, where they just ignored me They wanted to argue but I proved them wrong with a string of evidence. their lack of due diligence they would've extended my course and never delivered on their promise.
