Ignored by Hyperbuild Bricks & Sand – No Longer Valuing Small Clients

I’m very disappointed with the way I’ve recently been treated by Hyperbuild Bricks & Sand. I used to receive good service from them — I would request a quote, and they would respond promptly. However, lately I’ve been completely ignored. I’ve sent multiple quote requests and received no feedback at all.

It feels like they now only prioritise large businesses with big orders and no longer value individual clients like myself. If this is their new direction, it should be clearly stated on their website or promotional material, rather than wasting our time with “special offer” ads and no intention of responding.

Being ignored after previously being helped is disrespectful and shows a lack of professionalism. I expected better from a company I once trusted.
