Unprofessional

I had old gutters and down pipes replaced. One down pipe was draining into sewerage system. This was discussed and a place identified to where it should be moved. Team arrived on time, rapidly finished job and disappeared. The down pipe was in the same place!!!!. When this was brought to the managers attention I was given some very flimsy excuses. Nothing happened........then I received multiple calls from the manager asking for the full payment (I had paid 50 % deposit before the work started). Promises were made to attend to the problem in the new year. Finally I received an early morning call asking for the money. I refused, 6 hours later the workers were on site and the problem was fixed.
