This place has no peace !

This property was satisfactory during the initial month of occupancy. However, the commencement of construction in the second month was unforeseen and not disclosed prior to rental agreement . The persistent noise, occurring daily and nightly , has significantly hindered our ability to sleep, study, and participate in remote classes . We are compelled to attend campus on non-scheduled days to secure a conducive environment. The nocturnal grilling and construction activities are having a detrimental impact on our health . Despite submitting multiple complaints and grievances, we have received no meaningful response , leading us to believe that the management prioritizes financial gain over tenant well-being . Rating: 1/10. Not recommended for students or individuals requiring a peaceful living environment .
